Clients have been able to install up to three times more charge points from the same power availability, avoiding the need for costly infrastructure upgrades.
In addition to the installation of live charging units, we are able to install infrastructure to additional parking bays that may not yet be EV live. Installing the infrastructure in advance reduces future costs by removing the need for further site surveys. It also minimises inconvenience by removing the need for additional groundworks.
OZEV Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS)
Reduce the cost of workplace chargepoints by up to £14,000 with the government WCS grant.
Eligibility checklist:
- Any business, charity or public authority is eligible to claim the grant towards the cost of installing electric vehicle charge points
- You must have dedicated off-street parking for staff or fleet use only
- Charge points must be installed by an OZEV approved installer, like Virtus Energy
- You must apply for a digital voucher and present it to Virtus Energy
