We specialise in Workplace and Domestic EV charging installation Charging.
Founded in 2019, Virtus Energy is already a key player within the EV charging industry and alongside the UK Government’s ‘Road to Zero’ Strategy’, the industry is only expected to see continued rapid growth in 2022.
Role overview:
These Electrical Engineers Controllers are based at all of our UK locations; London, Kent and Northamptonshire and these roles are dedicated to the domestic installations of EV charge points.
We have secured a number of exciting partnerships that require EV Charging infrastructure installation at home addresses, and Virtus Energy is the partner to deliver these.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Control all of the outpaced engineers
- Plan and schedule all of the installations within your designated area
- Update systems accurately
- Manage stock levels between each van and the warehouse
- Asses required labour and materials for each day’s activities
- Keep up to date with legislation requirements, relevant innovative products and current industry costs

- Able to work on initiative whilst being a solid team player
- Self motivated with strong communication skills
- Problem solving
- Personal and people skills
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
- Strong electrical background (Essential)
- 18th Edition wiring regulation qualification (Desirable)
- C&G 2391 or 2394/5 Testing & Inspection and C&G 2919 EV Charge Point Installation (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of the UK
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong IT skills
- Planning and organising
- Attention to detail
