We would like to share some important information with you in relation to the current Coronavirus health crisis and to keep you up to date with our current level of operations.
Our focus remains to operate and provide an uninterrupted service to our valued customers whilst remaining diligent and responsive to Government recommendations and guidance.
We understand that concerns about the impact on businesses are at the front of people’s minds and the information below will hopefully help to clarify our current arrangements.
We want to reassure you that we are very well stocked with no concerns about our stock levels. As such, we do not anticipate any product shortages as a result of the current situation.
We are continuing to take orders over the telephone 7am – 8pm 7 days a week on 0203 086 8492, 24/7 or contact us by email team@virtusenergy.co.uk
We are continuing to work closely with our supplier base and as the situation develops we will communicate any issues as and when they occur.
We have taken the additional steps of providing all staff with clear information on the virus, methods of control and details of NHS and Government websites for their reference.
We have equipped our premises with multiple hand sanitising stations and are continuing to undertake additional and regular cleaning procedures.
We expect any employee suffering from the recognised symptoms of the Coronavirus infection not to come into work and to stay at home.
